Every business has different needs, and therefore getting to know you and your business is the starting point for us in terms of recommending our services and creating a fixed price package for you.

THE INITIAL CALL

An initial phone or skype call gives us an opportunity to understand a little bit about your business sector, the stage you are at with your business and also a little bit about your current accounting processes.

THE FIRST MEETING

After an initial call, we may want to meet up.  Although a meeting is not always necessary or practical, its always nice to meet our clients face to face. The meeting is an opportunity to tell you a little more about Claremont Associates and to discuss in greater detail how we can help you.

THE FIXED PRICE PROPOSAL AND FORMAL ENgAGEMENT

Based on our discussions, we will email you a proposal offering fixed price packages based on our recommended services.  We offer 3 fixed price packages. Once you have selected one of our packages, we will formally engage you by sending you a client care letter for you to e-sign and return to us.  And that's it! We look forward to a long and happy relationship with all our clients lasting many years.
