Pauline commenced her insurance career with Frizzell before moving to the RAC, progressing to managing their Newcastle Motor Insurance operation.

A move to the private sector, managing the insurance requirements of one of the UK’s largest Horticultural Wholesalers, resulted in a wealth of knowledge gained in managing motor fleet claims administration.

Pauline has also been employed in the Insurance broker Network with Lowes Usher, Lycett’s and Sedgwick and whilst there, gained her general insurance knowledge.

Latterly she joined the Automobile Association in Newcastle before joining Claremonts in 2005.

Pauline has gained a good all round knowledge of the insurance market from the Company, Broker and private sectors.
